AYAM GEPUK (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking an Outlet Manager to oversee restaurant operations, ensuring excellent service, effective staff management, and strict adherence to SOPs. The role drives sales and profitability while maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

You will lead a busy team, manage rosters, train staff, monitor quality and costs, and ensure compliance with company policies. This demanding position requires strong leadership and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Competenze

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Food & Beverage Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and operational best practices.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
