Job summary

Farmland Bakery (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an IT support professional with a Diploma or Degree in IT-related fields and 0–2 years of experience. You will provide basic IT support, set up PCs, manage user accounts, and handle Outlook and network issues.

The role involves onboarding/offboarding, asset documentation, SAP B1 familiarity, and coordination with vendors. Hygenic and halal-compliant manufacturing environment emphasized.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, system support, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, PC hardware, software, and IT troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Outlook/email administration, LAN/Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
• Basic knowledge of data backup and restoration, web/client-server applications, and SAP Business One (SAP B1). SAP B1 experience is an added advantage.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, work independently and as part of a team, and maintain proper IT documentation and asset records.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic IT support to employees for daily IT-related issues.
• Perform PC setup, formatting, operating system and software installation.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of PCs, printers, photocopiers, and other IT equipment.
• Handle AD domain user account setup, password resets, and access configuration.
• Assist with new-employee onboarding and resigned-employee offboarding, including PC and account setup.
• Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook, email, and basic applications.
• Perform basic LAN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity troubleshooting.
• Perform data backup and restoration and conduct basic checks on backup processes.
• Maintain IT inventory, equipment records, software records and IT documentation.
• Provide basic support for SAP Business One (SAP B1), web-based applications, and IT projects, including coordinating with external vendors as needed.
• Assist in IT-related duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time.
