We are looking for a technically proficient and analytical Senior Payroll Specialist to lead payroll operations for our Group of Companies. You will play a critical role in ensuring compliance, driving process efficiency within our Shared Services framework, and providing the corporate office with high-level manpower cost analytics and statutory reporting.
Execute full-cycle payroll for multiple legal entities within the Group, ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness
Oversee and execute end-to-end payroll for multiple legal entities using Orisoft HCMS v10, ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
Operate within a Shared Services model to standardise payroll workflows and maintain high service-level agreements (SLAs)
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual manpower cost reports, statutory filings, and headcount reconciliations for Group Finance
Perform deep-dive variance analysis, budgeting forecasts, and trend reporting to support strategic decision-making
Ensure all payroll activities align with local tax laws and labour regulations. Act as the primary lead for internal and external payroll audits
Assist in the enhancement of payroll systems and the integration of new entities into the Group's payroll framework
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in payroll administration, specifically within a Shared Services (SSC) environment
Proven experience in payroll analysis (e.g., cost-centre allocation, variance reporting, and financial modelling)
Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Advanced proficiency in Power BI/Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and experience with enterprise-grade HRIS/Payroll software
Prior experience working within a Public Listed Company (PLC) and familiarity with listing requirements and rigorous disclosure standards
