Job summary

1. Property Operations & Facilities Management

• Manage overall building operations for logistics and warehouse assets (multi-tenanted and single-user).
• Ensure smooth execution of preventive maintenance, repair, and replacement programs across all M&E systems.
• Oversee service providers (FMC, security, cleaning, landscaping) to ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
