Job summary

Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager, Property Management (Logistics Development) responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, maintenance, and asset performance of logistics properties, while supporting development initiatives, CAPEX projects, and tenant engagement to ensure optimal asset value and operational efficiency.

The role requires a degree in Building/Real Estate/Facilities Management with 5+ years' experience, strong M&E knowledge, vendor management,

Qualifications

• Degree in Building, Real Estate, Facilities Management or related Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant property management experience.
• Knowledge of M&E systems, BMS/BAS monitoring.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and facilities management for logistics assets.
• Manage CAPEX and A&A projects from planning to close-out within budget.
• Prepare and monitor OPEX and CAPEX budgets and invoices.
• Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure SLAs and KPIs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and asset performance.
• Lead tender processes for FM services and contracts.
• Review reports and monitor KPIs, asset performance, and cost control.
• Support asset enhancement and logistics development initiatives.
