Job summary

Hong Leong Bank is seeking a results-driven professional to aggressively source and book loans, meeting monthly targets and safeguarding the bank’s interests. You will develop strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, participate in road shows, and actively promote unsecured personal loan products.

The role requires cross-selling other banking products when appropriate, maintaining high professionalism in selling, and adherence to bank policies and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively source and book new loans for the bank.
• Responsible to meet monthly targets and minimum standard of performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with current and new customer.
• Attend road shows and etc when required.
• To actively promote Unsecured Personal Loan products.
• Cross selling other banking products, when required.
• Exhibit high professionalism and competency when selling.
• Ensure bank’s interest is protected at all times.
• Comply with bank’s policies, guidelines and regulations at all times.
• To maintain and uphold service standards set by the Bank at all times.
