Build and nurture meaningful, lifelong relationships with alumni by creating opportunities for continuous engagement, networking, and participation in the INTI community.
Develop a strong alumni network that supports mentorship, graduate employability, industry collaboration, student recruitment, philanthropy, and institutional reputation through active alumni involvement.
Celebrate alumni achievements, showcase their success stories, and encourage alumni to serve as ambassadors for INTI, enhancing the institution's reputation while inspiring current and future students.
Develop and implement alumni engagement strategies and annual plans to strengthen lifelong relationships between alumni and INTI.
Plan, organise, and execute alumni events, reunions, networking sessions, webinars, and engagement activities at campus, national, and international levels.
Maintain and enhance the alumni database by ensuring accurate records, data integrity, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Build and sustain strong relationships with alumni, encouraging their participation in mentoring, career talks, guest lectures, industry projects, and student development initiatives.
Collaborate with academic schools, Career Services, Marketing, Student Affairs, and other departments to support alumni engagement and institutional initiatives.
Identify and cultivate distinguished alumni to serve as ambassadors, speakers, mentors, and industry partners, while promoting their achievements through various communication channels.
Manage alumni communications through email campaigns, newsletters, social media, and other digital platforms to keep alumni informed and engaged.
Support graduate employability initiatives by connecting alumni with students through mentoring programmes, internship opportunities, recruitment activities, and career development events.
Monitor and analyse alumni engagement metrics, prepare reports, and recommend continuous improvements to alumni programmes and initiatives.
Manage the Alumni Relations budget, event logistics, and vendor coordination to ensure cost-effective and high-quality programme delivery.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the management to support the University's strategic objectives.
Diploma or Degree in Administration or equivalent discipline
Candidate with 2-3 years of related working experience is preferred
Candidate with working experience in Education industry is an added advantage
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong administrative, multi-tasking and time-management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft office
