Job summary

INTI International University & Colleges – Kampung Baharu Nilai, Negeri Sembilan seeks an Alumni Relations professional to strengthen lifelong ties with graduates and the INTI community. You will design engagement plans, organise events, and manage communications to foster mentorship, employability, and alumni participation.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Administration with 2–3 years’ related experience, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Administration or equivalent discipline.
• 2–3 years of related working experience preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement alumni engagement strategies and annual plans to strengthen lifelong relationships between alumni and INTI.
• Plan, organise, and execute alumni events, reunions, networking sessions, webinars, and engagement activities at campus, national, and international levels.
• Maintain and enhance the alumni database with data integrity and privacy compliance.
• Build relationships with alumni, encouraging mentoring, career talks, guest lectures, industry projects, and student development initiatives.
• Collaborate with academic schools, Career Services, Marketing, Student Affairs, and other departments to support alumni engagement.
• Identify distinguished alumni to serve as ambassadors, speakers, mentors, and industry partners; promote achievements through various channels.
• Manage alumni communications via email campaigns, newsletters, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Support graduate employability initiatives by connecting alumni with students through mentoring and recruitment events.
• Monitor engagement metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to programmes.
• Manage the Alumni Relations budget, events, and vendor coordination for cost-effective delivery.
• Perform other duties to support the University’s strategic objectives.
