Job summary

i-City in Shah Alam is seeking a proactive Leasing & Events professional to oversee marketing, leasing, and management of retail spaces. You will identify tenants, negotiate terms, monitor occupancy, and conduct market research to stay competitive in rental rates within the commercial sector.

The role also involves guiding tenants through tenancy and fit-out processes while coordinating cross-team event planning discussions to ensure timely follow-ups and successful executions.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Property Development/ Real Estate Management, or a related field.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
• At least 3 years of working experience, preferably with property developers or reputable real estate agencies.
• Experience leasing commercial office and/or retail space, with familiarity in basic leasing procedures.
• Proficient in understanding documents such as tenancy agreements and procedure manuals.
• Possesses a pleasant personality with excellent presentation and communication skills.
