Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia, located in IOI City, Putrajaya, invites applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Fund Distribution Services. You will oversee day-to-day operations across capital calls, subscriptions, distributions, redemptions, transfers and conversions to ensure accurate processing.

You will lead and coach the team, monitor SLA/KPI, and collaborate with clients and other units to deliver high-quality, timely service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Transfer Agency or financial services industry in an operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities for Dealing, Reporting and Settlement and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor SLA/KPI to maintain service quality and governance standards.
• Coach and support team members on day-to-day operations and escalation handling.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks, quality checks and adherence to deadlines.
• Liaise with other departments to deliver high-quality client service and resolve issues.
