You will oversee processing, posting, and reconciliation of client instructions, while coordinating with internal units to ensure timely execution and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years of related experience in operations processes such as Fund Execution, Global Fund Platform, Custody transaction processing, or Transfer Agency.
• Good knowledge about Fund/Trust Industry and Financial Markets.

Responsibilities

• Process client operations according to procedures and file instructions.
• Record and post operations to client accounts and update related tools/databases.
• Coordinate with TA and internal units to execute client instructions and manage archives.
• Perform control and reconciliation tasks and resolve blocks or anomalies affecting instructions flow.
• Provide activity reports and support onboarding of new clients.
