Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia, a cornerstone of asset servicing in IOI City, Putrajaya, is seeking a client servicing professional to manage a portfolio across fund distribution, transfer agency, fund administration and related services.

The role emphasizes language proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese, delivering high-quality investor and distributor experiences, coordinating with global teams, and driving service improvements to support client retention.

• Ability to speak, read and write in Mandarin and Cantonese professionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for servicing clients and interacting with the market and other providers.
• Manage a designated portfolio of client relationships across the fund distribution servicing spectrum, including Transfer Agency, Fund Administration, Custody, Cash and FX-related enquiries.
• Provide high-quality investor and distributor experience, resolving enquiries related to fund information, business rules, trade processing, subscriptions/redemptions, cash movements, reconciliations, stock transfers and statements.
• Coordinate with local and global operational teams and stakeholders to investigate issues and facilitate timely resolution.
• Govern overall service delivery to clients and drive improvements in service quality.
• Perform proactive service for a designated portfolio of client relationships across product base.
• Foster a client-centric mindset within the teams.
• Document opportunities, prioritize and lead enhancements to Client Experience to support client retention objectives.

What will you do?

• Provide high-quality investor and distributor experience, managing and resolving enquiries relating to fund information, business rules, trade processing, subscriptions/redemptions, cash movements, reconciliations, stock transfers, contract notes, statements and other day-to-day servicing matters.
• Coordinate with relevant local and global operational teams and stakeholders, including Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting, Custody and other service providers, to investigate issues and facilitate timely resolution.
• Govern overall service delivery to clients, drive improvement of service quality.
• Perform proactive service for a designated portfolio of client relationships across product base.
• Fostering a client centric mindset throughout the teams.
• Document opportunities, prioritize and lead enhancements to Client Experience, thereby support client retention objectives.
