Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia, located in IOI City, Putrajaya, is seeking professionals with 3-5 years’ experience in asset servicing. The role focuses on servicing a portfolio of institutional clients across Asia, handling Transfer Agency, Fund Administration, Custody, and related enquiries.

Applicants should be fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, with strong knowledge of TA/Investor Services processes and a client-centric mindset. Working hours are 9:00am–6:00pm Malaysia time.

Qualifications

• Mandarin and Cantonese proficiency (read/write/speak)

• Client servicing experience with operational exposure to product lines
• Multiple product line operational experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for clients and market participants.
• Manage a designated portfolio of client relationships across TA, Fund Administration, Custody, Cash and FX inquiries.
• Deliver high-quality investor/distributor experiences and resolve fund-related inquiries.
• Coordinate with local/global teams (TA, Fund Accounting, Custody) to investigate issues and drive timely fixes.
• Oversee service delivery quality and drive continuous improvements to client experience.
• Provide proactive service to a portfolio of clients and opportunities for enhancements.
• Foster client-centric mindset across teams and document opportunities to support client retention.

What will you do?

• Point of contact for servicing clients and interacting with the market and other providers.
• Manage a designated portfolio of client relationships across the fund distribution servicing spectrum, including Transfer Agency, Fund Administration, Custody, Cash and FX-related enquiries.
• Provide high-quality investor and distributor experience, managing and resolving enquiries relating to fund information, business rules, trade processing, subscriptions/redemptions, cash movements, reconciliations, stock transfers, contract notes, statements and other day-to-day servicing matters.
• Coordinate with relevant local and global operational teams and stakeholders, including Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting, Custody and other service providers, to investigate issues and facilitate timely resolution.
• Govern overall service delivery to clients, drive improvement of service quality.
• Perform proactive service for a designated portfolio of client relationships across product base.
• Fostering a client centric mindset throughout the teams.
• Document opportunities, prioritize and lead enhancements to Client Experience, thereby support client retention objectives.
