Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia is seeking a client servicing professional fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese to manage a portfolio across Transfer Agency, Fund Administration, Custody, and related services. You will coordinate with regional teams to resolve client inquiries, uphold service quality, and contribute to a high-touch investor experience.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in asset servicing or related fields and a strong understanding of TA/Investor Services processes.

Job Description

Region: APAC

Working Hour: 9:00am – 6:00pm (Malaysia time)

Required: Ability to speak, read and write in Mandarin and Cantonese professionally

What will you do?

• Point of contact for servicing clients and interacting with the market and other providers.
• Manage a designated portfolio of client relationships across the fund distribution servicing spectrum, including Transfer Agency, Fund Administration, Custody, Cash and FX-related enquiries.
• Provide high-quality investor and distributor experience, managing and resolving enquiries relating to fund information, business rules, trade processing, subscriptions/redemptions, cash movements, reconciliations, stock transfers, contract notes, statements and other day-to-day servicing matters.
• Coordinate with relevant local and global operational teams and stakeholders, including Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting, Custody and other service providers, to investigate issues and facilitate timely resolution.
• Govern overall service delivery to clients, drive improvement of service quality.
• Perform proactive service for a designated portfolio of client relationships across product base.
• Fostering a client centric mindset throughout the teams.
• Document opportunities, prioritize and lead enhancements to Client Experience, thereby support client retention objectives.

• Operational experience in more than one product line
