Job summary

Kwantas Corporation Berhad in Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Manager - ERP System & Dashboard to manage the ERP environment, build Power BI dashboards, and automate workflows that support decision-making across the Group.

You will maintain data, assist in migrations, provide user training, and collaborate with IT and vendors. A Bachelor's degree with 3–4 years' ERP experience and strong analytical skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3–4 years of ERP experience.
• Hands-on ERP experience with systems like Dynamics 365 Business Central, GP, or NAV.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate is advantageous.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to details; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ERP system data including chart of accounts, customers, vendors, and item masters.
• Lead system migration projects such as opening balances and data transfers.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards using DAX measures.
• Transform data from Excel and other sources using Power Query.
• Create automated workflows with Power Automate for recurring tasks.
• Provide day-to-day system support and training for users.
• Collaborate with vendors and IT on technical issues.
• Attend workshops to enhance deliverables.

Assistant Manager - ERP System & Dashboard

We are looking for a driven and technically minded individual to join us as Assistant Manager - ERP System & Dashboard. This role suits someone who thrives at the intersection of systems, data, and business processes, maintaining our ERP environment, building insightful dashboards, and automating workflows that support decision-making across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the ERP system, including chart of accounts, customer, vendor, and item master data, and posting group setup and mapping
• Facilitate system migration projects such as company setup, opening balance and transaction data migration, master data migration, and API data integration
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards using measures and DAX formulas
• Clean, transform, and organise data from Excel and other sources using Power Query
• Build and maintain automated workflows for recurring activities using Power Automate
• Provide day-to-day system support and troubleshooting for users across departments
• Assist in onboarding new users through training and system walkthroughs
• Liaise with external system vendors on technical matters and with the IT department on hardware, software, and network issues.
• Attend workshops and training regularly to continue enhancing work deliverables

Key Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Data Analytics, Computer Science, IT, or a related field, with 3–4 years of relevant experience

Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g. Dynamics 365 Business Central, GP, or NAV) preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel; working knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, or Power Automate is an advantage

Multilingual in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication

Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines

Familiarity with SQL, Python, or API data integrations will be an advantage

Professional membership (ACCA, CPA, MICPA, MIA, or MBOT) is a plus point
