Job summary

Kwantas Corporation Berhad in Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Manager - ERP System & Dashboard to manage the ERP environment, build Power BI dashboards, and automate workflows that support decision-making across the Group.

You will maintain data, assist in migrations, provide user training, and collaborate with IT and vendors. A Bachelor's degree with 3–4 years' ERP experience and strong analytical skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3–4 years of ERP experience.
• Hands-on ERP experience with systems like Dynamics 365 Business Central, GP, or NAV.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate is advantageous.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to details; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ERP system data including chart of accounts, customers, vendors, and item masters.
• Lead system migration projects such as opening balances and data transfers.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards using DAX measures.
• Transform data from Excel and other sources using Power Query.
• Create automated workflows with Power Automate for recurring tasks.
• Provide day-to-day system support and training for users.
• Collaborate with vendors and IT on technical issues.
• Attend workshops to enhance deliverables.
