Job summary

SWIFT GROUP OF COMPANIES in Klang is seeking an experienced ERP and IT applications professional to lead ERP implementation, support, and integration across HMS, FMS, TMS, and WMS. You will drive analytics, dashboards, and data governance while guiding development and automation initiatives.

The role requires 5–7 years in ERP environments, strong stakeholder communication, and hands-on analytics (Power BI/SQL).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
• ERP systems, data analytics, ITIL, or project management certifications are advantageous.
• 5–7 years of experience in ERP implementation, application support, or enterprise app management.
• Experience leading or supporting ERP projects (Finance, SCM, Operations modules).
• Hands-on analytics/reporting tools (Power BI, SQL) and app development or low-code preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ERP implementation and support with data analytics focus.
• Experience in data analytics, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Knowledge of application development, automation, and system integration (APIs).
• Good understanding of business processes and workflow automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills; vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support ERP system implementation, configuration, and enhancements.

2. Project Management

• Assist in ERP implementation projects, including rollout, migration, and upgrades.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Track timelines, risks, and deliverables.

3. Analytics & Reporting

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to support business operations.
• Work with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements.
• Support data-driven decision-making using analytics tools (e.g., Power BI or equivalent).
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across systems.

4. Application Development

• Design and develop business applications, enhancements, and automation solutions.
• Support system integration and API connectivity across enterprise platforms.
• Implement workflow automation and process digitization initiatives.
• Maintain proper documentation for developed applications and solutions.

5. Operational Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide ERP and application support for system incidents and user issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure minimal disruption to business operations and timely resolution.

6. Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery

• Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures for ERP and enterprise applications.
• Participate in testing and documentation updates.
• Guide and support team members and application support executives.
• Share knowledge, best practices, and technical documentation.
• Work closely with cross-functional IT teams and business units.

8. Communication Skills

• Collaborate with business users, vendors, and IT teams on system requirements and improvements.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and project updates.

9. Strategic Thinking

• Support alignment of ERP, analytics, and applications with the company’s digital transformation roadmap.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

10. Problem Solving and Decision-Making

• Analyze system issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Escalate risks and issues with proper analysis and recommendations.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors, developers, and service providers on support and enhancements.
• Monitor vendor performance and SLA compliance.

12. Budgeting and Cost Management

• Assist in managing costs related to ERP systems, analytics tools, and application development.

13. Change Management

• Support ERP rollouts, enhancements, and system changes.
• Assist in user training, SOP preparation, and documentation.

14. Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity policies, and standards.
• Support audits and risk assessments.
• Stay updated on ERP technologies, analytics tools, and application development trends.
• Participate in training and certifications.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Certifications in ERP systems, Data Analytics, ITIL, or Project Management are an added advantage.

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in ERP system implementation, application support, or enterprise application management.

Experience leading or supporting ERP projects (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations modules).

Hands‑on experience in analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL) and application development or low-code platforms is preferred.

Strong knowledge of ERP systems implementation & support.

Experience in data analytics, reporting, and dashboard development.

Knowledge of application development, automation, and system integration (APIs).

Good understanding of business processes and workflow automation.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills.

Project coordination and vendor management experience.

Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
