Job summary

SEP SYNERGY (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to identify opportunities in both public and private sectors in Kuala Lumpur.

You will conduct in-depth technical and commercial analyses of potential projects and develop relations with partners and clients. The role requires a degree in construction-related disciplines and a minimum of seven years’ experience in the construction or property industry.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction related disciplines such as Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Architecture, Quantity Survey, Valuation, Urban Planning.
• Minimum seven years' experience in construction or property industry in business development senior executive capacity.
• Familiarity with the inner workings of public sector agencies such as JKR, LLM, JPS, or local municipal councils will be an added advantage.
• Working knowledge of property industry, housing market and land matters.
