INTEGRA HEALTHCARE TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Assistant Human Resources Manager to assist the Group Chief HR Officer in HR operations, payroll administration, and policy implementation.

You will play a pivotal role in talent management, staff development, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and HR reporting within a healthcare technology setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience across recruitment, payroll, employee relations, compensation and benefits.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies and statutory requirements.
• Experience with HR systems, reporting and HR metrics.

Job description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Human Resources Manager to support our Group Chief Human Resource Officer in managing HR operations and implementing effective HR strategies. The successful candidate will play a key role in talent management, employee engagement, payroll administration, staff development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities

Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and workforce planning.

Oversee payroll processing, compensation, benefits, and employee records.

Support performance management, employee relations, and grievance handling.

Coordinate staff training, development, and HR orientation programs.

Monitor HR metrics, manpower planning, and staff turnover reports.

Ensure compliance with employment laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.

Advise management on HR matters and recommend improvements to HR policies and practices.

Liaise with relevant government authorities and manage expatriate-related matters.

Support HR budgeting, staffing plans, and other HR initiatives.

About you

Degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably covering recruitment, payroll, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.

Good knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements.

Experience with HR systems, recruitment software, and HR reporting.

Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and handle confidential matters with integrity.

Preferably from a healthcare background.
