INTEGRA HEALTHCARE TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Assistant Human Resources Manager to assist the Group Chief HR Officer in HR operations, payroll administration, and policy implementation.

You will play a pivotal role in talent management, staff development, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and HR reporting within a healthcare technology setting.

Formación

• Degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience across recruitment, payroll, employee relations, compensation and benefits.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies and statutory requirements.
• Experience with HR systems, reporting and HR metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding and workforce planning.
• Oversee payroll processing, compensation, benefits and employee records.
• Support performance management, employee relations and grievance handling.
• Coordinate staff training, development and HR orientation programs.
• Monitor HR metrics, manpower planning and staff turnover reports.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Advise management on HR matters and HR policy improvements.
