7 Autospa Holding SDN BHD is seeking an Assistant HR Manager to join our Human Resources team in Kota Kemuning, Selangor. This full-time role supports HR policy development, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.

You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, benefits, records, payroll assistance, and compliance with Malaysian labour laws, helping ensure a motivated and compliant workforce.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment law and labour regulations.
• Proficient in HR systems and MS Office applications.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and employee handbooks.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases with data protection in mind.
• Coordinate benefits, leave management and entitlements.
• Assist in planning employee engagement, training and development.
• Handle employee relations and assist in conflict resolution.
• Support payroll processing and salary administration.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for decision-making.
• Coordinate with authorities and external bodies on admin matters.
