Agensi Pekerjaan & Perundingcara Bright Prospect Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Human Resource Assistant Manager (KL or Kota Kemuning) to assist the General Manager with HR operations and strategy planning.
You will provide HR advice, oversee payroll, implement guidelines, review policies, and maintain HRIS data integrity. This role requires a degree or diploma in HR, at least 5 years' experience, and Malaysian citizenship.
Assist the General Manager in HR operational and strategy planning of company
Providing HR advice and supports to managers and employees on a wide range of strategic and operational HR issues.
Working together to build and share corporate and people culture
Responsible for managing payroll matters (attending payroll queries; make necessary revisions; updates payroll master file; update changes on employee records, computes retro – adjustments, etc).
Implement payroll and benefits related guidelines, systems, procedures as needed.
Ensures all HR policies and procedures are regularly reviewed and continue to reflect both up-to-date employment law and best practices.
Prepare HR financial reports by consolidating and analyzing data to facilitate decision making and action planning e.g., HR Budget, Comp & Ben related, manpower costing, provisions, etc.
Update and maintain data integrity of the Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
Leads the compensation and benefits review, market surveys, job grades/job codes, competitive bench marking exercise and supports organization talent management process
Administration of leaves and insurance benefits of employees.
Leads, monitor and follows up on the performance management process (goal setting, confirmation, mid-year review, year-end review, performance improvement plan, etc).
Prepare all HR related letters and documents (appointment letter, confirmation, promotion, acceptance of resignation, etc).
Assist HR team in recruitment matters, provide insights on recruitment and attrition trends and recommend retention strategies and employee engagement activities.
Collaborate across departments with stakeholders to align HR Analytics with organizational goals
Structured HR organization, Structured HR System and Practices. Good platform for HR Career development.
Responsible for dealing with industrial relations’ cases.
Continue Process improvement/ Kaizen

RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager or Senior Executive specializing in Human Resources Management
