Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan & Perundingcara Bright Prospect Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Human Resource Assistant Manager (KL or Kota Kemuning) to assist the General Manager with HR operations and strategy planning.

You will provide HR advice, oversee payroll, implement guidelines, review policies, and maintain HRIS data integrity. This role requires a degree or diploma in HR, at least 5 years' experience, and Malaysian citizenship.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in HR management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR.
• Prefers Assistant Manager or Senior Executive in HR.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM in HR operations and strategy planning.
• Provide HR advice to managers and employees on strategic and operational HR issues.
• Manage payroll matters and update payroll master file.
• Implement payroll and benefits guidelines and related procedures.
• Regularly review HR policies to reflect up-to-date employment law and best practices.
• Prepare HR financial reports and analyze data for decision making.
• Maintain data integrity of the HRMS.
• Lead compensation and benefits review and market benchmarking.
• Oversee leaves and insurance benefits.
• Lead performance management: goal setting, reviews, and improvement plans.
• Prepare HR letters and documents (appointment, confirmation, etc.).
• Assist HR in recruitment and provide insights on attrition trends and retention.
