• Experience in hotel housekeeping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure brand standards are met.
• Plan room assignments, staffing, and daily workload distribution.
• Manage room readiness and communicate updates to Front Office.
• Oversee lost and found procedures and proper documentation.
• Conduct regular inspections of guestrooms and public areas to maintain quality.
• Monitor housekeeping inventories, supplies, and equipment.
• Assist with ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
• Work with Engineering to address maintenance issues and keep rooms in excellent condition.
• Ensure associates have the tools, uniforms, and equipment needed.
• Support onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Promote safety, security, and loss prevention procedures.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally.
• Review guest satisfaction scores and pursue continuous improvement.
