We're looking for a passionate, hands-on, and detail-oriented Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support the Housekeeping operation and lead a team that takes pride in delivering clean, comfortable, and guest-ready environments every day.

As an Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you'll oversee daily housekeeping operations, support team development, maintain quality standards, and ensure guestrooms and public areas consistently reflect the vibrant Moxy experience. You'll work closely with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and outstanding guest satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Support the daily operation of the Housekeeping department and ensure guestrooms and public areas meet Marriott and Moxy brand standards.
• Assist in planning and coordinating room assignments, staffing, and daily workload distribution.
• Manage room readiness and ensure room status updates are communicated accurately to the Front Office team.
• Oversee lost and found procedures and ensure proper documentation and handling.
• Conduct regular inspections of guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain quality standards.
• Monitor housekeeping inventories, including linen, guest supplies, equipment, and cleaning materials.
• Assist with ordering supplies and maintaining adequate stock levels.
• Work closely with the Engineering team to address maintenance issues and ensure guestrooms remain in excellent condition.
• Ensure all associates have the necessary tools, supplies, uniforms, and equipment to perform their duties effectively.
• Support onboarding, training, coaching, scheduling, and performance management of Housekeeping Crew members.
• Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with safety, security, and loss prevention procedures.
• Assist in handling guest feedback, concerns, and service recovery situations professionally and efficiently.
• Review guest satisfaction scores and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
