Job summary

MOXY Putrajaya is seeking a Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor (Rooms) to lead the Housekeeping Crew and ensure every guest room meets high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation. You will inspect guestrooms, coordinate readiness, and collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry to maintain operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of housekeeping experience with supervisory exposure and a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year housekeeping experience.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guestrooms and assigned areas to ensure Marriott and Moxy cleanliness standards are met.
• Monitor room status, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with Front Office to resolve issues.
• Prioritize room cleaning based on arrivals, departures, VIPs, and needs.
• Coordinate room assignments and communicate updates to the Housekeeping team.
• Ensure guestrooms are ready on time and meet quality expectations.
• Liaise with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Complete daily inspections, reports, and operational documentation accurately.
• Communicate important updates during shift handovers.
• Identify maintenance concerns and safety hazards for follow-up.
• Assist with training, coaching, scheduling, and motivating crew members.
• Support guest requests and service recovery to enhance satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies.

We're looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and hands‑on Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor (Rooms) to lead our Housekeeping Crew and ensure every guest room meets the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation.

As a Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor, you'll oversee daily room operations, inspect guestrooms, coordinate room readiness, and support the Housekeeping team in delivering exceptional experiences. You'll work closely with Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry to ensure rooms are guest‑ready and operational excellence is achieved every day.
