Job summary

MOXY Putrajaya is seeking a confident, energetic Guest Experience Expert to be the face of the hotel, guiding guests from arrival to departure and delivering a personalized experience that embodies the MOXY vibe.

You’ll handle check-ins and check-outs, reservations, and guest requests, share local tips, and collaborate with housekeeping, engineering, and other teams to create memorable stays in a vibrant, guest-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, engaging guest experience from check-in to check-out.
• Manage front desk duties: arrivals, departures, reservations, and payments.
• Respond promptly to guest requests with proactive solutions.
• Share local knowledge and insider tips to enhance stays.
• Complete daily operations, reports, and admin duties accurately.
• Assist guests with luggage and transport to rooms when needed.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and recovery experiences.
• Maintain MOXY and Marriott brand standards while creating a fun atmosphere.
