Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Production Equipment Management professional to oversee equipment-related tasks across departments and monitor execution. You will assist in investment applications, tendering, and evaluation, supporting feasibility studies and cost analyses.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive work attitude, with experience in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills required.
• Proven leadership and management capabilities.
• Good knowledge of equipment management procedures.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in equipment management in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Allocate responsibilities across departments and monitor task completion.
• Assist with new equipment investment applications and tendering.
• Assist equipment investment planning by cost-benefit analysis.
• Assist with equipment selection and performance evaluation.
• Aid incoming inspection and coordinate reviews with relevant departments.

5. 5.Assistwithequipmentincominginspectionandacceptance.Inspectequipmentuponarrival,includingcheckingfortransportationdamageandotherabnormalities,andcoordinatereviewswiththeEngineering,Quality,Production,andotherrelevantdepartments.

Requirements

• -Bachelor'sDegreeoraboveinMechanicalEngineering,ElectricalEngineering,MechatronicsEngineering,orotherrelevantengineeringdisciplines.
