Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG is seeking a maintenance engineer to perform routine maintenance definitions and daily operations for EOL Trim, From, EAV, and Mold handler equipment at our facility in Malaysia.

You will conduct hands-on setups, troubleshoot issues, and support senior engineers during technology ramp‑ups, ensuring high machine uptime and compliance with maintenance checklists. Strong English communication and collaborative skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering, with SPM including Maths & English.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience maintaining semiconductor EOL Trim/From, EAV and Mold handler equipment.
• Strong setup and basic hardware troubleshooting skills, with proactive, detail‑oriented maintenance execution.
• Effective collaboration and communication with technicians and senior engineers across functions.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on technical experience in semiconductor EOL Trim and From, EAV and Mold handler equipment maintenance.
• Must possess strong foundational technical skills in equipment setup, basic hardware troubleshooting, and routine maintenance execution.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills are essential, as the role requires working closely with technicians and supporting senior engineers across functions.
• Must be proactive, detail‑oriented during maintenance audits, and possess professional working proficiency in written and spoken English.
