Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Malaysia is seeking a Test Cell Technician to assist in test cell setup, buyoff, and release, including DOE and sample support. You will perform equipment conversions, setups, buys, and basic troubleshooting, with metrology equipment setup and data collection support.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/ Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Must have SPM with Maths & English.
• 3-5 years working experience in semiconductor (Final Test experience advantageous).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Basic analytical and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of measurement and metrology tools.
• Able to work 12 hours shift (7am-7pm; 7pm-7am).
