Enquest Construction Sdn Bhd, a CIDB registered main contractor in Klang Valley, is looking for an Assistant Contract Executive (Junior Quantity Surveyor). Fresh graduates are welcomed to start their career and learn under experienced mentors on real projects.

You will assist in pre- and post-contract activities, gain hands-on exposure to cost estimating, tender analysis, subcontractor coordination, and final accounts while developing fundamentals in Quantity Surveying and contracts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good numerical, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Willing to travel to project sites; own transport would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Contract: Assist in cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and tender documents.
• Pre-Contract: Support budget preparation and tender analysis.
• Post-Contract: Assist in subcontractor sourcing, quotation comparison, and negotiation.
• Post-Contract: Coordinate with Purchasing on procurement matters.
• Post-Contract: Assist in evaluating subcontractor progress claims and cost monitoring.
• Post-Contract: Assist in preparing final accounts and contract documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

You will work closely with our experienced Quantity Surveyor and gain hands-on exposure to the commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects.

What You’ll Do

Pre-Contract

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and tender documents
• Support budget preparation and tender analysis

Post-Contract

What We’re Looking For

• Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive attitude and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
