ENQUEST CONSTRUCTION SDN. BHD. invites applications for an Assistant Contract Executive (Junior Quantity Surveyor) at our Batu Caves site in Selangor.

Fresh graduates are welcome to start a career with a CIDB Grade G7-registered main contractor involved in warehouses, factories and refurbishment projects. You will work closely with our experienced Quantity Surveyor, gaining hands-on exposure to pre- and post-contract activities, cost estimates, tender analysis, subcontractor coordination, and

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong numerical, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Good English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and tender documents.
• Support budget preparation and tender analysis.
• Assist in subcontractor sourcing, quotation comparison, and negotiation.
• Coordinate with Purchasing Team on procurement matters.
• Assist in evaluating subcontractor progress claims.
• Assist in cost monitoring and project documentation.
• Assist in preparing final accounts and contract documentation.

We are a CIDB Grade G7-registered main contractor specialising in warehouse, factory and refurbishment projects across the Klang Valley. You will work closely with our experienced Quantity Surveyor and gain hands‑on exposure to the commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects.

What You’ll Do

Pre-Contract

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and tender documents

Post-Contract

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field

• Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive attitude and able to work independently as well as in a team
