ENQUEST CONSTRUCTION SDN. BHD. invites applications for an Assistant Contract Executive (Junior Quantity Surveyor) at our Batu Caves site in Selangor.
Fresh graduates are welcome to start a career with a CIDB Grade G7-registered main contractor involved in warehouses, factories and refurbishment projects. You will work closely with our experienced Quantity Surveyor, gaining hands-on exposure to pre- and post-contract activities, cost estimates, tender analysis, subcontractor coordination, and
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
- Strong numerical, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Willing to travel to project sites when required.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and tender documents.
- Support budget preparation and tender analysis.
- Assist in subcontractor sourcing, quotation comparison, and negotiation.
- Coordinate with Purchasing Team on procurement matters.
- Assist in evaluating subcontractor progress claims.
- Assist in cost monitoring and project documentation.
- Assist in preparing final accounts and contract documentation.
