Job summary

Sperwin Corporation in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Contract Executive to prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities for fast‑tracked projects. You will track design changes, engage contractors, evaluate tenders, negotiate contracts, monitor variation orders, and ensure cost control within budget.

Immediate joiners preferred. Candidate must possess a Diploma/Bachelor in Quantity Surveying with at least 2 years of experience and be willing to work in

Qualifications

• At least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying.
• Willing to work at Puchong, Selangor.
• Able to work in fast-tracked project progression.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Valid driving license (B2/D).
• Malaysian citizen.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin an added advantage.
• Immediate joiner will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
• Track changes to design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
• Procure or engage services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project.
• Involve in overall contract tendering process including evaluation of tender, procurement and award of contracts.
• Invite sub-contractors to submit quotations for the projects and evaluate the quotations accordingly to the necessary award of the sub-contractors.
• Assist the negotiation of contract with an optimum mix of price and quality.
• Monitor all variation orders are well recorded and claimed.
• Verify cost-control of all suppliers and sub-contractor, inclusive project claims and expenses within the budget.
• Ad hoc matters or assignment from time to time.

Requirement :
