Responsibilities

• Manage product assortment planning and execution for innovation, renovation, and promotional projects.
• Lead pricing and pack type analysis and assortment evaluation for go-to-market strategies.
• Oversee packaging and print design development, including adaptation, proofreading, and sign-off.
• Conduct competitor analysis focusing on product architecture, pricing, assortment, packaging, and claims.
• Liaise with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and external agencies to meet timelines.
• Support the development of packaging materials aligned with brand guidelines and sustainability.
• Track project progress and proactively resolve issues or bottlenecks.
• Provide analytical and research support to drive continuous product improvement.

Responsible for managing product assortments, including 8Q innovation or renovation launches and promotional (ad hoc) projects across the region in alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage product assortment planning and execution for innovation, renovation, and promotional projects in line with regional business goals.


• Lead pricing and pack type analysis, as well as assortment evaluation to inform go-to-market strategies.


• Oversee packaging and print design development, including adaptation, proofreading, and online material approval and sign-off.


• Conduct competitor analysis focusing on product architecture, pricing, assortment, packaging, and claims.


• Liaise with internal cross-functional teams (Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, etc.) and external agencies to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time.


• Support the development of packaging materials that are in line with brand guidelines, consumer needs, and sustainability requirements.


• Track project progress and proactively resolve any issues or bottlenecks.


• Provide analytical and research support to drive continuous product improvement and market relevance.
