Rge Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Brand Innovation Manager to drive product assortment planning for innovation, renovation, and promotional projects across the region. The candidate should hold a degree in a related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience and be willing to relocate to the job location in Selangor, Malaysia.

Aufgaben

• Manage product assortment planning and execution for innovation, renovation, and promotional projects in line with regional business goals.
• Lead pricing and pack type analysis, as well as assortment evaluation to inform go-to-market strategies.
• Oversee packaging and print design development, including adaptation, proofreading, and online material approval and sign-off.
• Conduct competitor analysis focusing on product architecture, pricing, assortment, packaging, and claims.
• Liaise with internal cross-functional teams (Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, etc.) and external agencies to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time.
• Support the development of packaging materials that are in line with brand guidelines, consumer needs, and sustainability requirements.
• Track project progress and proactively resolve any issues or bottlenecks.
• Provide analytical and research support to drive continuous product improvement and market relevance.
