Job summary

Rge Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Brand Innovation Manager to drive product assortment planning for innovation, renovation, and promotional projects across the region. The role involves pricing, packaging design development, and cross-functional coordination with Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain to meet milestones.

The candidate should hold a degree in a related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience and be willing to relocate to the job location in Selangor, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Manage product assortment planning and execution for innovation, renovation, and promotional projects in line with regional business goals.
• Lead pricing and pack type analysis, as well as assortment evaluation to inform go-to-market strategies.
• Oversee packaging and print design development, including adaptation, proofreading, and online material approval and sign-off.
• Conduct competitor analysis focusing on product architecture, pricing, assortment, packaging, and claims.
• Liaise with internal cross-functional teams (Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, etc.) and external agencies to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time.
• Support the development of packaging materials that are in line with brand guidelines, consumer needs, and sustainability requirements.
• Track project progress and proactively resolve any issues or bottlenecks.
• Provide analytical and research support to drive continuous product improvement and market relevance.
