Job summary

N.S.E. Lorry Transport Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations/Branch Supervisor to oversee daily deliveries, enforce SOPs, and drive customer satisfaction at the Kuantan branch. You will manage a transport team, coordinate with multiple parties, and ensure timely POD returns.

The role requires leadership, good communication, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining accurate reporting and branch performance analyses.

Responsibilities

• Run daily deliveries and meet delivery windows.
• Return PODs within 5 working days; enforce SOPs.
• Lead hands-on lorry transport team in Kuantan; weekly customer engagement.
• Own branch operations and drive customer satisfaction with reporting.
• Ensure goods are delivered on time and within the time frame.
• Return PODs to HQ within 5 working days after BPOD.
• Prepare monthly branch performance and fault analysis reports.
• Supervise subordinates and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Job description

• Run daily deliveries: meet windows, return PODs within 5 working days, enforce SOPs.
• Hands-on lorry transport team in Kuantan; weekly customer engagement.
• Own branch ops, drive customer satisfaction and reporting; visible leadership impact!
• Ensure goods delivered to customer on designated time/ within delivery time frame.
• Ensure POD returned to HQ within 5 working days after BPOD.

Job Requirements
