Qualifications

• Senior Executive level preferred in logistics or related field.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Track and deliver shipments from pickup to delivery.
• Manage staff, including subcontractors and part-timers, ensuring tasks are completed correctly.
• Act as hub manager when required.
• Handle cash on delivery money and bank daily.
• Collaborate with customer service to fulfil customer requests.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth processes.
• Control inventory and safeguard against missing/damaged parcels.
• Comply with Quality Management System, OH&S and GDPMD requirements.
• Maintain personal and team safety and participate in related programmes.
• Perform any other duties as directed by supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

• Track and deliver shipment from picked up and delivered
• Manage staff / sub‑con / part‑time to ensure they carried out their job properly and completely.
• Standing as a hub manager as and when necessary
• Handle cash on delivery money and ensure to bank in everyday
• Work closely with customer service and fulfil customer request
• Taking care of daily operations and make sure everything goes smoothly
• Controlling inventory and take care of every shipment to reduce the risk of missing and damaged parcel.
• Conforms to the Quality Management System, OH&S management system & GDPMD system requirements
• Take care of own and others' safety.
• Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes such as training, campaign, induction and others.
• Any other task instructed by superior.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialised in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
