About the role

Join our talented team at Cafe Simpol' as an Assistant Baker in our vibrant cafe located in Alor Setar, Kedah. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to develop your baking skills and contribute to the creation of our delicious artisanal breads, pastries and desserts.

What you'll be doing

Assist the Baker in all aspects of the baking process, from measuring and mixing ingredients to shaping, proofing and baking a variety of breads and pastries

Follow recipes and baking procedures with precision to ensure consistent, high-quality products

Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards

Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve baking processes and product offerings

Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations about our baked goods

What we're looking for

Passion for baking and a keen interest in the culinary arts
