Job summary

Castrol is seeking a Sales Capability & Execution Manager, AsPac, to drive sales excellence across the Asia Pacific region. You will bridge regional strategy with local market execution, partnering with Market Sales Managers, Marketing, Technology and Technical Support to deploy guidelines and elevate both direct and distributor networks.

Lead the rollout of training programs, coach sales teams, and ensure consistent brand-aligned workshop delivery, while optimizing trade spend and monitoring

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in senior commercial roles with proven outcomes.
• Multi-country regional experience in APAC markets.
• Experience navigating both B2C and B2B channels.
• Ability to influence matrixed stakeholders without direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of Channel Offers and Perfect Store across AsPac.
• Ensure workshops align with brand guidelines and quality.
• Deploy training modules and coaching for country sales teams.
• Act as regional Train the Trainer for sales and trade teams.
• Support trade investment optimization and ROI across channels.
• Establish governance and reporting for leadership visibility.
