Job summary

Castrol is seeking a Transformation & Business Development Manager to lead and coordinate ASPAC transformation initiatives, focusing on growth enablement and strategic partnerships. You will drive project delivery through cross-functional teams, manage change, and align operating models with Castrol’s strategic priorities across multiple markets.

Your role requires hands-on project management, business analysis, and strong stakeholder engagement to enable revenue expansion through new offerings

Qualifications

• University degree or relevant professional qualification. MBA is an advantage.
• Project Management certification (i.e. Scrum master, Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), PPM) is preferrable.
• Strong foundational business and commercial competence; cross-functional project experience.
• Exposure to lubricants, energy, automotive, or industrial sectors advantageous.
• Experience in data analysis, business case development, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support across transformation and growth initiatives, including planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Support change management activities such as communications, stakeholder engagement, and Management of Change (MOC) processes.
• Prepare updates, dashboards, and materials for leadership reviews and governance forums.
• Coordinate across commercial, supply chain, finance, marketing, technology and external partners to ensure initiatives deliver value.
• Act as a connector between strategy, execution teams, and local market stakeholders.
