Businesslist in Malaysia is seeking an APAC Commercial Excellence Manager to design and deliver training programs across the APAC region, aligning initiatives with sales and marketing goals and driving capable teams.

You will collaborate with internal teams, assess needs, manage budgets, coach staff, and partner with external agencies to keep materials up to date, ensuring measurable improvements and lasting impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing and delivering training programmes in life science industry
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing functions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple training projects
• Proficiency in analysing training needs and outcomes
• Collaborative mindset for working across teams and regions

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programmes tailored for the APAC region.
• Assess training needs and create strategies to address skill gaps.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align training with business goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
