Job summary

Dynisco AMETEK in Malaysia is seeking an Inside Sales Representative - ASPAC to support ASPAC sales growth from Penang. You will build customer relationships, manage territory, develop quotes, coordinate orders, and drive eCommerce adoption to improve overall customer experience.

The role requires a bachelor's degree with 3 years inside sales or customer service or 7 years in inside sales, plus fluent Mandarin and English, experience with ERP/CRM, and familiarity with import/export processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with three years inside sales or customer service experience, or seven years as an inside salesperson or customer service representative.
• B2B territory experience with proven sales or customer service results.
• Experience using MS Office, ERP and CRM systems for sales administration.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships to support retention and meet monthly/annual targets.
• Manage territory growth by developing existing customers and new opportunities.
• Develop quotes and forecasts; follow up through CRM and communicate pipeline activity.
• Prospect new opportunities via outbound calls to support business development.
• Coordinate customer orders with internal teams; provide technical assistance.
• Drive eCommerce adoption and support the full order journey from setup to post-sales support.
