Job summary

cbs APAC is seeking a proactive Digital Sales Specialist in Kuala Lumpur. You will Qoqualify leads, manage inbound/outbound outreach, and build a robust APAC pipeline for SAP transformation initiatives.

You’ll engage executives, document interactions in CRM, and collaborate with marketing to improve campaign performance. The role emphasizes data accuracy, persistent outreach, and effective communication in English; Mandarin is plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in telemarketing, cold calling or inside sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to engage potential customers.
• Comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders and C-level decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, persuasive, and goal-oriented with a focus on KPIs.
• Attention to CRM data entry, lead tracking, and reporting.
• English proficiency mandatory; Mandarin is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong sales pipeline by building and maintaining customer relationships and understanding their business needs.
• Create and maintain a structured call plan for existing and potential customers across the APAC region.
• Independently handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other channels to qualify prospects and hit targets.
• Qualify, follow up, and track sales leads with minimal supervision.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM data accuracy; remove duplicates and log interactions.
• Present weekly Inside Sales progress reports to the manager on pipeline status and campaign performance.
• Aim to set at least 3 qualified appointments per week or contribute to revenue growth.
• Work in a desk-bound environment while driving digital engagement and lead conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing to improve campaign quality and conversion outcomes.
