You will own the Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash processes, managing demand signals, orders, escalations, and account health while partnering with field sales and distribution partners. The role emphasizes proactive customer engagement, forecasting, and back-office support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or related field.
• 3+ years in customer operations, inside sales, or sales operations.
• Experience owning customer issues end-to-end in a semiconductor/high-tech environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce), Excel, and ERP tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with field sales and partners.
• Manage end-to-end customer relationship through Lead-to-Order and Order to Cash.
• Provide back-office support: pricing/quote requests and documentation.
• Handle orders, IP/Tools licensing and design inquiries with timely follow-up.
• Coordinate escalations and maintain account health with distributors.
• Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and account summaries.
• Support QBRs and territory reviews with data insights.
• Onboard new sales team members with training on tools.
