Dynisco-AMETEK in Penang Island seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Asia Pacific to drive growth in the polymer/plastic sector, lead distributor performance, and expand sales channels across the region. Based in Penang, the role is permanent onsite with 50–75% regional travel.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in technical sales in polymers, strong channel management skills, and fluent English and Mandarin to engage customers and partners across Asia Pacific.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of technical sales and distribution/agent management experience in polymer/plastic industries.
• Experience engaging with polymer/plastic customers and channels.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin required for regional communications.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% across Asia Pacific.

Responsabilités

• Own the regional sales budget for new bookings and revenue while protecting gross margins.
• Provide accurate monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts for the APAC region.
• Strengthen relationships with customers and channel partners across the region.
• Guide channel partner activities to improve profitability and outcomes.
• Deliver commercial and technical leadership across Dynisco Plastics and Industrial segments.
• Coordinate regional training, marketing activities, and sales strategies.
