Ardex Quicseal Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily to monthly production planning, ensure schedules, and optimize machine utilization to meet customer demand. You will lead supervisors and operators, allocate manpower, enforce safety, implement quality controls, manage costs, and liaise with procurement, logistics, and QA to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the daily, weekly and monthly production plan to meet customer demand.
• Ensure production schedules are achieved while maintaining productivity and efficiency.
• Optimize machine utilization and production capacity
• Coordinate with supply chain to ensure material availability
• Manage production priorities based on sales requirement.
• Lead, coach and develop supervisor, team leader and operator
• Plan manpower requirement and workforce allocation
• Manage discipline, attendant, and employee engagement
• Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure products meet or exceed established quality standards.
• Monitor production costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure production remains within budget.
• Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety guidelines and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Continuously analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement, such as increased efficiency, reduced waste, and enhanced quality.
• Oversee inventory levels and tracking of raw materials and finished goods to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Supervise, train, and motivate production staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
• Generate regular reports on production progress, quality metrics, and key performance indicators to General Manager.
• Collaborate with other departments, including procurement, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth operations and product delivery.
