Job summary

Public Packages Group of Companies in Malaysia seeks an Operations Supervisor to support the Operations Manager in day-to-day activities on site. You will coordinate production planning, scheduling, and staff allocation to keep production lines moving smoothly.

You will supervise and motivate the team, maintain open communication across departments, ensure product quality and customer satisfaction, and contribute to achieving profitability and growth for the company.

Responsible for assisting Operations Manager in day-to-day operations within the premises.

Supervises,motivates and supporting the staff and applying a team approach and maintaining open communication.

Assisting in planning, scheduling, and oversee production activities.

Performs essential functions to ensure overall customer satisfaction and product quality and establishes and maintains effective communications with all levels of staff.

Responsible for the effective and efficient planning and scheduling of personnel and equipment to reduce bottlenecks and problems.

Meeting production and quality goals and playing a key role in meeting the company profitability and customer satisfaction goals.
