Job summary

TT GLOBAL HEALTHCARE SDN BHD in Ipoh, Malaysia, is seeking a Production Manager to oversee all production line operations, ensuring output targets, quality, and safety.

You will lead Line Supervisors and Operators, coordinate QA/QC to meet ISO 13485/9001, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining GMP compliance and on-time handover of finished goods. This role demands strong leadership, hands-on involvement, and a track record of achieving production KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in production management, preferably in glove/rubber manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 13485/9001) and QA/QC processes.
• Proven leadership experience managing production teams and shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production operations across all lines to meet output targets.
• Manage and supervise Line Supervisors, Machine Operators, and Compounding Personnel.
• Oversee QA/QC: ensure products meet internal specifications and international standards (ISO 13485, ISO 9001, CE, FDA).
• Review and act on quality inspection results; manage non-conformance, defect investigation, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Material Planning & Control to ensure smooth material flow and finished goods handover.
• Monitor production KPIs (output, downtime, defect rate, yield) and report to the Factory Manager.
• Ensure production activities comply with safety, GMP, and quality management system requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor.
